Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants President Trump to allow convicted spy Jonathan Pollard to move to Israel, according to a report Tuesday.
Netanyahu has appealed to Trump to repeal parole restrictions on the ex-convict and allow him to immigrate to Israel, Channel 2 reports.
Pollard, a former intelligence analyst for the U.S., was convicted of spying for Israel in 1987 and sentenced to life in prison.
He was granted parole in 2015.
The 63-year-old lost an appeal in May to relax his parole conditions.
Pollard is required to wear an ankle monitor, obey a curfew and allow his computer to be monitored.
