Centrist Republican billionaire Michael Bloomberg, who formerly served as the Mayor of New York City, has never been well-liked by conservatives. In return, Bloomberg has never truly warmed up to President Donald Trump, even though technically they are members of the same political party.
However, it appears as though it has finally dawned on the businessman that he has to finally put his country first above his petty disagreements. In a surprising move, Bloomberg recently appeared on liberal propaganda platform The View and scolded the hosts about why they need to finally accept that Trump is our President.
Said Bloomberg to leftists Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg and the rest on the ABC paytime show, “Let’s just all hope Donald Trump is a good president of the United States. We need this country to be run well. We have to make it work. You have an election. When someone wins, we have to get behind them.”
He added, “In other countries, they try to tear down the government. They try to have a revolution. You can protest. You can elect other officials. You can write letters. You make phone calls. You can carry signs. You can do all that,” Bloomberg said. “But in the end, we’re a democracy. The public has spoken — whether you like the results or not.”
